NSC: NSC approved to list additional shares

On April 08, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.135/2013/QD-SGDHCM to allow National Seed Joint Stock Company (NSC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Stock code: NSC                

-         Additional listing volume: 1,773,677 shares

-         Total additional listing value (based on par value): VND17,736,770,000.

-         Effective date of the listing license: April 10, 2013.
