NKG: Plans to hold the AGM 2013

Nam Kim Steel Joint Stock Company plans to hold the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-         The company will close shareholders list on May 20, 2013 and disclose documents of the Annual General Meeting and sent announcement to shareholders.

-         The company will hold the Annual General Meeting on June 15, 2013.
