MPC: Minh Phu Seafood delays AGM until May

Minh Phu Seafood Group Corporation has announced that its 2013 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be delayed until May 2013 as it is preparing documents and receiving the Inspection Team of the US Department of Commerce (DOC). The Inspection Team is examining Minh Phu Group in the anti-dumping lawsuit between the US Southern Shrimp Alliance and Vietnamese shrimp companies.
