IFS: Announcement of delisting shares

On April 03, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement 395/2013/TB-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Interfood Shareholding Company:

-         Number of shares delisted: 6,875,359 shares

-         Total value: VND68,753,590,000.

-         Delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.118/2013/QD -SGDHCM dated April 03, 2013 by HOSE.

-         Reason: Interfood Shareholding Company violated Article 60.1(dd) of Decree 58/2012/ND-CP dated July 20, 2012 by the Government because the undistributed loss of VND594.7 billion, exceeding the real charter capital off 381.4 billion

-         Effective date of the delisting: May 03, 2013

-         Last trading date on HOSE: May 02, 2013.
