HDC: Meeting date & venue of AGM 2013

Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (HDC) announces the meeting date and meeting venue for the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-         Meeting date   : 07:30 a.m on Wednesday April 24, 2013

-         Meeting venue: Meeting Hall of Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company, 3 Floor HODECO PLAZA, 36 Nguyen Thai Hoc Street, Ward 7, Vung Tau City.

Meeting content:

-         Reports of production business result in 2012;

-         Plan production business for 2013;

-         Approval for remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors in 2012 and payment plan 2013;

-         Choosing an auditing firm for fiscal year 2013;

-         The BOD chairman concurrently holds the position of CEO;

-         Electing member to the Supervisory Board;

-         Amending the company’s regulation;

-         Other relating issues.

Objects: shareholders whose names are in the shareholder list on the record date of March 29, 2012.
