PetroVietnam Gas Joint Stock Corporation (stock code: GAS) has announced the meeting date and meeting venue for the 2013 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders:

-         Meeting date: 8:00am, April 15, 2013

-         Meeting venue: Meeting Hall at 2^nd Floor, PV Gas Tower, 673 Nguyen Huu Tho Street, Phuoc Kien Commune, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.

-         Participants: shareholders whose names are in the shareholder list on the record date of March 25, 2013.
