-         Revenue in 2012 decreased VND3.4 billion compared to in 2011 and profit in 2012 decreased VND28.1 billion compared to in 2011.

-         Because Thach Phu mine new go into operation so expenses was high leading

-         Profit of Hoa An mine in 2012 decreased VND23.90 billion compared to in 2011

-         Loss of Tan Cang mine in 2012 was VND7.47 billion 

-         Loss of Thuong Tan mine in 2012 was VND2.95 billion
