BST: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Binh Thuan Book and Equipment JSC has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2012:

- Revenue: VND 41,153,883,218

- Profit before tax: VND 2,470,134,154

- Profit after tax: VND 1,946,015,916

2. Profit distribution and dividend payment 2012

- Dividend payment: 15%

- Development fund: VND 124,284,203

- Manager fund: VND 25,000,000

- Reward and welfare fund: VND 160,000,000

3. Operating plan 2013:

- Revenue: VND 44,000,000,000

- Profit before tax: VND 2,500,000,000

- Profit after tax: VND 1,875,000,000

4. Profit distribution 2013:

- Dividend payment: 15%

- Financial reserve: 0% - 5%

- Development fund: 0% - 5%

- Manager fund: 0% - 5%

- Reward and welfare fund: maximum 3 salary months

5. Management board in period 2013 – 2015:

- Mr. Nguyen Van So : Manager

- Mr. Nguyen Minh Ha – Deputy Manager

- Mr. Nguyen Khoa Tuyen – Chief Accountant

6. Mr. Nguyen Van So, Manager, also holds Chair of the board position
7. Selection of auditor for FY 2013
8. Payment for the BOD and Supervisory board 2013: will be same 2012
