BBS: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

Vicem Packaging But Son Joint Stock Company has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Operating result 2012:

- Profit before tax: VND 10.46 billion

- Dividend payment: 12%

2. Audited financial statement 2012
3. Profit distribution 2012:

- Dividend payment 12%

- Bonus for management board: VND 250 million

- Reserve fund to suplement charter capital: VND 100 million

- Development and investment fund: VND 1,500 million

- Financial reserve fund: VND 300 million

- Reward fund: VND 368 million

- Welfare fund: VND 450 million

4. Report from Supervisory board 2012
5. Operating plan 2013:

- Revenue: VND 351 billion

- Profit before tax: VND  8.5 billion

- Dividend payment: 10%

6. Investment:

- Time: end ò 2013 – 2014

- Total invesment: VND 30 billion

7. Selection of auditor for FY 2013
8. Bonus 10% of over profit after taxs’ plan
9. Payment for the BOD, Supervisory board and secretary 2013: VND 300 million
10. Chair of the board also holds General Manager position
