AME: Results of General Meeting of Shareholders 2013

disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following
resolutions were approved:
- Operating result 2012 and plan 2013:
* 2012:
- Total asset: VND 331,775 million
- Revenue: VND 287,281 million
- Profit after
tax: VND 244 million
* 2013:
- Charter Capital: VND 120 billion
- Total asset: VND 350 billion
- Revenue: VND 300 billion
- Profit after tax: VND 7 billion
