-         Ex-right date:     March 25, 2013    

-         Record date:     March 27, 2013    

-         Purpose:            to implement cash dividend payment of 2012. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 16% (VND1,600/share)

-         Payment date:   May 10, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Tuong An Vegetable Oil Joint Stock Company, 48/5 Phan Huy Ich Street, Ward 15,  Tan Binh District, HCM City From May 10, 2013 from MON to FRI (08:00 am – 11:30 am to 13:00 pm – 16:00 pm).

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
