Sai Gon Securities Incorporation announced to extend time for disclosing consolidated financial statements of Quarter 4.2012 as follows:

On March 05, 2013, the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) issued No.738/UBCK-PTTT to get Sai Gon Securities Incorporation to extend time for disclosing consolidated financial statements of Quarter 4.2012 to February 28, 2013 because to wait data from affiliated companies for consolidated financial statements.

The company has completed and disclosed consolidated financial statements of Quarter 4.2012 on February 27, 2013.
