LBM: The BOD accepts LHC’s tender offer

Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material JSC announced Board Resolution No.02/2013 as follows:

The Board of Directors of Lam Dong Mineral and Building Material JSC unanimously accepted the public tender offer of Lam Dong Investment and Hydraulic Construction JSC. The latter company will buy 600,000 LBM shares at VND10,500/share from May 02, 2013 to May 31, 2013.
