Payment date:                April 22, 2013

-  Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-  Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Accounting Department of Hung Vuong Corporation, Lot 44, My Tho Industrial Park, Tien Giang Province from April 22, 2013.
