HU3: Board Resolution on Capital Contribution

On December 14, 2012, the Board of Directors of HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital to set up HUD3S as follows:

Article 1: The Board of Directors approved to contribute VND300 million or 30% stake to set up HUD3S Urban Management and Services JSC.

Article 2: The Board of Directors approved Mr. Dinh Xuan Thuc to represent contributed capital of HUD3 Investment and construction joint stock company at HUD3S Urban Management and Services JSC.

In which: Mr. Dinh Xuan Thuc represents 18,000 shares and Mr. Ta Duy Hung represents 12,000 shares in HUD3S Urban Management and Services JSC.
