On March 21, 2013, the CEO of Hoi An Tourist Holding Company signed Agreement No.89/HDKT-AAC with ACC Da Nang Auditing Co., Ltd., according to the resolution of AGM 2013 about choosing an auditing company for fiscal year 2013.
