BT6: BT6 contributes capital to set up BESTCON JSC

Beton 6 Corporation announced Decision of the Board of Directors dated March 12, 2013 as follows:

The Board of Directors approved to set up BESTCON Joint Stock Company with charter capital 20 billion dongs, in which Beton 6 Corporation will contribute 74% charter capital or 14.8 billion dongs.

The Board of Directors approved to Assign Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Dung as the legal representative of BT6 at BESTCON.
