VFMVFA: Announcement of delisting shares - Revised

On January 31, 2013, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.79/2013/TB-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of VFM (VietNam) Investment Fund Management JSC.:

-         Number of shares delisted:  24,043,760 fund certificates

-         Total value:  VND240,437,600,000

-         Delisted on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange under Decision No.31/2013/QD-SGDHCM dated January 31, 2013 by HOSE.

-         Reason: to implement the conversion from closed fund to open fund

-         Effective date of the delisting: March 11, 2013

-         Last trading date on HOSE: March 08, 2013.
