PJT: PJTACO to borrow capital from SHB

On February 06, 2013, the Board of Directors of Petrolimex Joint Stock Tanker Company (PJTACO) decided to borrow from Saigon Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) – Thang Long Branch, with the following loans:

-         A middle-term loan, with a maximum credit of US$4,410,000 or VND92,610,000,000, will be borrowed to buy the Ship M/T EAGLE ASIA 05. Term of the loan will be within 84 months from the date of disbursement. 

-         A short-term loan, with a maximum credit of VND20 billion, will be borrowed to increase the Company’s current capital for petrol trading and transport activities. Term of the loan will be within 12 months from the date of disbursement.
