NHS: Board Resolution No.33

Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company announced the board resolution on February 07, 2013 as follows:

      The Board of Directors approved the signing of agreements and transactions between Ninh Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company and Bien Hoa Sugar Joint Stock Company, Gia Lai Electricity Joint Stock Company, Gia Lai Cane Sugar Thermoelectricity Joint Stock Company, Thanh Thanh Cong Packing Production Trade Joint Stock Company, and members of the Board of Directors.

      The sales and purchase agreements between Ninh Hoa Sugar JSC and the four companies or member of the Board of Directors have values are less than 20% of total assets of Ninh Hoa Sugar JSC. Contents of the agreements are about lending, borrowing, loan guarantee, purchase and sale of securities, rental property, purchase and sale of products, purchase and sale of semi-finished products, agricultural materials, purchase and sale of supplies.
