MCG: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following are the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholders:

1. Mr. Nguyen Duong Minh, son of Mr. Nguyen Binh Duong  – Member of the Board of Directors, CEOof Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MCG), was late in reporting the trading result of MCG stock after registering to trade on January 31, 2013.
2. Ms. Nguyen Vinh Chan, wife of Mr. Nguyen Binh Duong  – Member of the Board of Directors, CEOof Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company (MCG), was late in reporting the trading result of MCG stock after registering to trade on January 31, 2013
