KAC: Explanation for business result in Q4.2012

Khang An Investment Real Estate Joint Stock Company explained the business result in Quarter 4.2012 as follows:

-         In Quarter 4/2012, net revenue was 2.4 billion dongs, gross profit was -3.6 billion dongs; net profit was -18.3 billion dongs, while in Quarter 4/2011, net profit was 0.8 billion dongs. Loss from other activities was 39.9 billion dongs, leading to loss before tax was 58.2 billion dongs. Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2012 was -43.6 billion dongs, while in Quarter 4/2011, loss before tax was 0.2 billion dongs.
