On February 26, 2013, the Board of Directors of Coma18 Joint Stock Company announced to assign some mission to members of the Board of Directors as follows:

1. Mr. Tran Nhu Hung, a member of the Board of Directors supports human resources works
2. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tiep, a member of the Board of Directors supports salary and bonus works.
3. Mr. Nguyen Duc Thanh, a member of the Board of Directors supports development policy works.
