C47: Resolution on the dividend payment for 2012 and the 2013 AGM

Construction Joint Stock Company 47 announces the resolution of the Board of Directors on February 19, 2013:

1.  The Board of Directors approved the dividend payment in cash for 2012:

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

-         Record date: March 08, 2013

-         Payment date: March 20, 2013

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Construction Joint Stock Company 47, 11 Bien Cuong Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province.

2. The Board of Directors approved the 2013 annual shareholders’ meeting (AGM):

-         Meeting date: April 06, 2013

-         Meeting venue: Hai Au Hotel, 489 An Duong Vuong Street, Quy Nhon City, Binh Dinh Province
