SD7: Dissolution of Branch

On 09/01/2013, Songda 7 JSC announced the dissolution of branch in Hanoi as follows:

-       Machine, equipment, materials and vehicles will be transferred to Songda 7 JSC.   Songda 7 JSC will find hirer and carry out procedures to terminate contract with Yen Son Wood Company Ldt

-       Review the manpower in the Branch for appropriate policy.

-       Effective date: 09/01/2013
