LIX: Resolution of EGM

Lix Detergent Joint Stock Company (LIXCO) announced the extraordinary general shareholders’ meeting (EGM):

Article 1: EGM approved to amend the Articles of Association

Article 2: EGM approved additional issue to increase charter capital from owner’s capital:

-         Stock symbol: LIX   

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Total number of issued shares: 10,800,000 shares

-         Total value issue: 108,000,000,000 dongs

-         Purpose: additional issue to increase charter capital from owner’s capital

-         Finance resource: undistributed profit after tax and investment & development fund in June 30, 2012.

-         Object: existing shareholders

-         Issue ratio: 1:1 The one who owns 01 share at the record date will receive 01 new share

-         The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be canceled.

-         Distribution date: 45 dates from State Securities Commission has report on receipt of complete documentation.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from January 26, 2013
