Record date:     January 14, 2013

Purpose:            for the payment for 2012 dividend in cash

Dividend pay-out ratio:  20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)

Payment date:                  January 28, 2013           

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Hydro Power Joint Stock Company – Power No.3, Nha Den – Ea Po Commune, Cu Jut District, Dak Nong Province from  January 28, 2013.

Please submit ID card and Shareholder certificates or the legal authorized letters on receipt of dividend.
