-         Purpose:          to implement cash dividend payment of 2011. 

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 6% (VND600/share)

-         Payment date: January 15, 2013

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-         Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vinafco Joint Stock Corporation ( 9 Floor, Capital Tower, 109 Tran Hung Dao Street, Ha Noi) on the working days  from January 15, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
