TCO: Board Resolution No.8

On November 30, 2012, the Board of Directors of Duyen Hai Multi Modal Transport Joint Stock Company (Tasa Duyenhai) unanimously approved to liquidate some redundant assets such as means of transport which belong to Duyen Hai Road Transport Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Tasa Duyenhai. The Board of Directors also agreed to lease means of transport and equipment owned by Tasa Duyenhai and member companies.
