SJS: Explanation for business results in Quarter 3.2012

Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company (SUDICO) explained the business results in financial statements and for Quarter 3 as follows:

Profit after tax and revenue in Quarter 3.2012 went down compared to Quarter 3.2011 because the economic difficulties have directly affected the Company’s business activities. Therefore, the company only prepared for investment and land clearance for its projects and urgent works. SUDICO has not gained large revenue in period.
