-        Name of the subsidiary company: IBS - Vietnam Joint Stock Company (IBS)

-        Capital of PTI before the change: VND 9,500,000,000 (accounting for 95% of charter capital of IBS)

-       Capital of PTI after the change: VND 9,800,000,000 (accounting for 98% of charter capital of IBS)
