PTC: Resolution on extension of the bonus shares payment date

Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated December 12, 2012:

Article 1:  The Board of Directors approved to extend the bonus shares payment from capital surplus and increasing charter capital.

Article 2:  The resolution takes effect from date of signing.
