LGL: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an affiliated shareholder:

-         Ms. Luong Hoang Yen, wife of Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha -  Head of the Supervisory Board of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company (LGL), sold 95,000 LGL shares on November 26, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
