BRC: Violation of information disclosure of an affiliated person

The following is the violation of information disclosure requirement of an inside shareholder:

Mr. Luong Ho Ngoc Thanh – husband of Ms. Luu Thi To Nhu – Chief Accountant of BenThanh Rubber Joint Stock Company, was late in reporting the trading result of BRC stock after registering to trade on December 18, 2012 and bought 17,500 BRC shares on December 03, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
