ACB: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders 2012

Asia Commercial Bank has disclosed the results of its General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Number of Directors and Member of Supervisory board in period 2013 – 2017:

- Number of Directors: 11 directors

- Number of Member of Supervisory board: 4 members

2. Mr. Ly Xuan Hai, Mr. Tran Xuan Gia, Mr. Le Vu Ky and Mr. Trinh Kim Quang have resigned from Director.
3. The plan of registration and suplement of business lines
4. Registration of supplement of business lines
5. Change in company’s policy
6. Mr. Tran Mong Hung, Mr. Dam Van Tuan, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Long and Mr. Tran Trong Kien have been appointed Directors
