PVV: FIT Investment JSC, principal shareholder, fined for violation in securities and securities market
On 08/11/2012, the State Securities Commission announced the
administrative punishment applied FIT Investment JSC to as follows:
- Address: 15thFloor, Mipec building, 229 Tay Son, Dong Da,
Hanoi
- No. of Business Registration Certificate:
0102182140
- Issue date: 08/03/2007;
- Administrative violation of principal shareholder: on 31/05/2012, FIT
Investment JSC acquired 3,640,000
shares of PVV and become principal shareholder of Vinaconex - PVC Construction
Investment JSC (because of holding 12.13% of oustanding shares). However, FIT
Investment JSC didn’t give report on holding of principal shareholder . Thus, it
violated Item 1, Article 29, Securities Law and Item 1, Article 26, Section VI,
Circular 52/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information
disclosure on the securities market.
- Fine for this violation: VND60,000,000
- Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, FIT Investment JSC
is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to
pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No. 3591.0.9053730 at the
Hanoi State Treasury.
- Effective date of this decision: 08/11/2011. Within 3 days, this
Decision will be sent to FIT Investment JSC
and the State Treasury. HNX
