-                             Ms. Duong Thi Cam Thuy has been appointed Chair of the Board in place of Mr. Nguyen Manh Linh with effect since 19/11/2012

-                             Mr. Le Quang Thu and Ms. Le Thi Anh Tuyet is nominee Director in next Annual General Meeting of shareholders
