On November 09, 2012, HOSE had Decision No.160/2012/QD-SGDHCM to allow Pacific Property & Infrastructure Development Joint Stock Company to list additional shares on the Ho Chinh Minh Stock exchange as follows:

-         Par value: VND10,000 / share

-         Additional volume: 1,832,320 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND18,323,200,000.

-         Effective date of the listing license: November 13, 2012
