Fortunes Securities Corporation announces the Board Resolution approved on 09/10/2012 as follows:
1. Amendment of the company’s charter
- Purpose: Increase of charter capital and volume of shares equivalent to volume of shares issued in private placement
- Effective date: 09/10/2012
- Amended content:
+ New charter: The charter capital of the company is VND347,450,000,000. The total charter capital was divided into 34,745,000 shares
+ Old charter: The charter capital of the company is VND300,000,000. The total charter capital was divided into 30,000,000 shares
2. The company deployed the procedure for increasing the charter capital in State Securities Commission of Vietnam
- Current charter capital : VND300,000,000,000
- New charter capital to be register : VND347,450,000,000
