PGC: Explanation for business result in Q3.2012 (parent company)

Petrolimex Gas Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in profit before tax of Quarter 3/2012 compared to Quarter 3/2011:

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2011: 14,109,211,571 dongs

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012: 17,026,543,068 dongs

-         Profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012 increased from Quarter 3/2011 by 2,917,331,497 dongs (or 20.68%). Because the following reason:

+         Interest expense in Quarter 3/2012 was 2,310,310,977 dongs, decreasing 2,917,331,893 dongs (or 62.08%) compared to the same period of last year.

+         In Quarter 3/2012, no damage from exchange rate difference.
