House Viet Nam Joint Stock Company explained the fluctuation in business result between Quarter 2/2012 and Quarter 2/2011:

Reason:

      Real estate investment represented 60% of  revenue structure and housing construction made up the other 40%. However, as the company encouraged customers to build houses, it did not set high profit target from this activity.

       Therefore, revenue in Quarter 2/2012 mainly came from real estate investment
