NTB: Withdrawal of capital from a subsidiary

Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (TECBIS 584 JSC) announced a withdrawal of capital from a subsidiary as follows:

-         On June 30, 2012, TECBIS 584 JSC completed the capital withdrawal in  Building Material Production and Trade JSC. 584.8. And now, Building Material Production and Trade JSC. 584.8 was not a subsidiary of TECBIS 584 JSC.
