NHW: Resolution on stock dividend payment

NGO HAN JOINT-STOCK COMPANY announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated November 19, 2012:

Article 1:

Exercise ratio of 2011: 20% in cash        

Article 2:

The company paid the first of 2011 dividend with exercise ratio: 10%

Payment date: June 20, 2012.

Article 3: The Board of Directors approved to pay the second of 2011 dividend in cash:

Exercise ratio: 10%

Record date: December 10, 2012

Payment date: December 31, 2012.

Article 4: The Board of Directors authorized the CEO to implement payment the second of 2011 dividend.

Article 5: This resolution takes effect from November 19, 2012.
