-         Ms. Nguyen Thi Phuong Hien is daughter of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Truong – Supervisory Board Member of Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank (MBB), sold 10,000 MBB shares from October 29, 2012 to November 02, 2012 but had not had any announcements before trading.
