The profit after tax in Quarter III/2012 of the company decreased compared with QIII/2011. The main reason was the revenue of QIII/2012 was lower year on year. Moreover, the contracts of QIII/2012 decreased compared with QIII/2011. Besides that, the capital price of constructions increased due to the effects of material price, interest rate, led to increased expenses and affected revenue of the company in Quarter III/2012.
