HU3: Explanation for consolidated business results in quarter 3/2012

HUD3 Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company has explained business results in quarter 3/2012 compared with in quarter 3/2011 as follows:

-      Consolidated profit after tax in Quarter 3/2012: 2,026,686,516 dongs, decreasing 88.6% compared to the same period of last year.

-        Revenue and profit in Quarter 3.2012 were less than in Quarter 2/2012 because:

+        The difficulties in real estate market. The projects were finished but sold slowly. Net revenue in Quarter 3.2012 decreased 58.8% from Quarter 3/2011.

+        Revenue from sales and services decreased but expenses was high.
