ELC: Violation of information disclosure of affiliated person

-         Mr. Phan Thanh Tu is older brother of Mr. Phan Chien Thang – Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation, was late in reporting the trading result of ELC stock after registering to trade on October 08, 2012.
