DIC Corp sells a 45 percent stake in DIC Deco

Development Investment Construction Joint Stock Corporation (DIC Corp) finished the transfer of all its stake in DIC Deco, accounting for 45 percent of DIC Deco, with total par value of VND900 million. After the transfer, DIC Corp is not a shareholder – joint venture of DIC Deco any more.
