On November 06, 2012, the Board of Directors of Ben Thanh Trading & Service Joint Stock Company (Ben Thanh TSC) unanimously approved to issue bonus shares, as follows:

-         Purpose: increasing charter capital

-         Stock symbol: CMV

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Par value: VND10,000/share

-         Total number of shares issued: 11,207,595 shares

-         Total number of shares outstanding: 11,207,595 shares

-         Number of treasury shares: 0 share

-         Issue volume: 896,607 shares

-         Total value issue: 8,966,076,000 dongs

-         Exercise ratio: 8% (896,607/11,207,595 = 8%)

-         Source: the undistributed profit until June 30, 2012.

-         Record date: November 20, 2012

-         The number of new shares will be rounded down. The fractional parts (if any) will be canceled.

For example, if shareholder A owns 173 shares at the record date, he will receive: 173x8/100 = 13.84 shares. However, because of rounding down, he will receive only 13 new shares.
