CDC: Explanation for consolidated business results in Q3/2012

Chuong Duong Corporation has announced explanation for business result (consolidated and parent company) in quarter 3/2012 as follows:

-         In Financial Statement of parent company in Quarter 3/2012, profit before tax was VND1,287 billion, increasing 26.5% compared to in Quarter 3/2011. Consolidated profit before tax in Quarter 3/2012 was VND763 billion, increasing VND597 million compared to in Quarter 3/2011.

-         Reason:

+         Revenue of parent company in Quarter 3/2012 was VND42,142 billion, increasing 9.7% compared to in Quarter 3/2011. Consolidated revenue in Quarter 3/2012 was VND47,971 billion, increasing 13.6% compared to in Quarter 3/2011, while revenue from office rental went up 21.76% compared to the same period of last year.

+         Cost of goods sold/ revenue in Quarter 3/2012 was 86.25%, decreasing 3.73% compared to 89.98% of Quarter 3/2011.
